Meatballs are having a bit of a moment. There are street food stands, dedicated books and entire restaurants built around them. They're quick to cook, cheap to buy and fun to jazz up. To M&S' existing range of beef, veal and pork, I added three new flavours incorporating popular, approachable flavours, new formats and proteins. I gave the whole range a facelift, introducing inspirational photography to the packaging, and had supporting recipes for each written and added to the Cook with M&S app.
